Bollinger Construction led the build-out of the Wolfgang Puck Bistro located in the Brookside area of Tulsa. Working in collaboration with architects and interior designers, the project delivered a refined and inviting dining space that strikes a balance between aesthetic sophistication and functionality. Key features include a spacious layout, a full bar with an extensive wine list, and thoughtful indoor-outdoor elements, such as an enclosed patio and curb-side seating. Bollinger’s work emphasized meeting health & safety standards, durable materials, and a build that reflects the Wolfgang Puck brand’s upscale bistro identity.
