Bollinger Construction handled the build-out of En Fuego on Brookside in Tulsa, collaborating with architects and interior designers to revive the restaurant in this historic neighborhood. They designed the space to capture the vibrant energy and Baja-inspired aesthetic En Fuego is known for, balancing bold finishes and functional flow. Throughout the project, Bollinger managed structural upgrades, fixtures, and interior details to ensure both staff efficiency and guest comfort, delivering a space that honors its Brookside roots while providing a fresh dining experience.
